Validation API

The TIPS Scheme Pack implements the Validation API which is a generic API used across most IPF scheme packs. The Validation API schema can be seen here.

Pacs.002/Pacs.004/Pacs.008/Pacs.028

The following Validation Request messages support the optional returnSchemeMessage parameter:

  • ValidatePaymentStatusReportSchemeRulesRequest

  • ValidatePaymentReturnSchemeRulesRequest

  • ValidateSchemeRulesRequest

  • ValidatePaymentStatusRequestSchemeRulesRequest

If returnSchemeMessage is set to true the ValidateSchemeRulesResponse will return the schemeFormatMessage field containing the mapped scheme formatted message in XML format if validations were successful.
